Your ‘Hot Detox Summer’ with PURA's June 2022 Muse, Meghan Kennedy Brind
Meghan Kennedy Brind is a passionate health & wellness advocate and the founder of NaturoDetox - a website offering a selection of personally tested and curated products for your mind, body and home as well as a resource for learning more about natural and functional medicine. For Meghan, the road to NaturoDetox was one of necessity - finding no answers from the medical community after experiencing chronic health symptoms, she delved into Naturopathic Medicine - and now she desires to share healing resources with others. She is a mother to her two sweet children and supported by her husband Adam - the bones behind her every endeavour. Meghan is a healer, a lover of nature and animals and a self-described sensitive spirit that can find the world, at times, rather heavy. Keep reading to learn more about Meghan’s personal health journey, inspirational discoveries, and to learn her top tips for your healthiest summer yet!

Ethereal Daydreams With Artist Amy Dixon & PURA Botanicals
PURA's Signature Soap, which debuted in December, is one of our most artful collaborations to date. Crafted by our friends at Wild Prairie Soap Company, the beauty is in every aspect of this hand poured soap. Details such as ethereal marble swirls of soothing French pink clay throughout each bar and a gold stamped PURA emblem, were inspired by Canadian artist, Amy Dixon, whose artwork is also featured on this box.
We recently caught up with Amy and chatted about her career as an artist, her favourite PURA potions and how she survives the cold, Northern Alberta winters.
