The annual celebration of love and romance is upon us once again as Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. This year, we encourage you to use this day as a reminder to love yourself, especially given the uncertainty that swirls around us all. Even at home, our minds can be so busy. Perhaps in this pandemic year, we can use this time to slow down, to contemplate, and to reflect.
